Return Requests for Damaged Items/Order Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We carefully pack every order, so damaged products are incredibly rare and unlikely to happen to you.

In the unlikely event that a shipper damages your products during transit, please contact your carrier to open a claim

If an error was made on our part with your order (see Acceptable Return Request Reasons), you may be eligible to return your item for an exchange of a different item or store credit.

Acceptable Return Request Reasons:

Wrong Item Shipped
Item Arrived Damaged (This is applicable for damage to the actual HerSAVAGE product. This does not include damage solely to the shipping container/packaging if there was no subsequent damage to the product).
Item Not As Advertised (Please be mindful that mannequins are used for marketing purposes and that measurements are not the same as a human head/body frame as such wig units may look different on a human vs a mannequin). Please consult included pictures of the units on a human for more accurate picture of the unit).
