Return Policy for HerSAVAGE Products

Important Notice: Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

At HerSAVAGE, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While all sales are final, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand the process for addressing specific concerns.

Return Requests for Damaged Items/Order Issues:

  1. Inspect Your Order: Upon receiving your order, we strongly recommend inspecting it immediately. Please check for any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. This step is crucial for a smooth resolution process.

  2. Contact Us: If you discover any issues with your order, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery without delay. You can reach out to our customer support team through our website or by emailing us at hello@hersavage.com. We are here to assist you promptly.

  3. Defective or Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If, by any chance, your item is defective or damaged, we will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right for you.

  4. Transit Damage: In the rare event that your products are damaged during transit by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a damage claim. We are here to assist you throughout this process if needed.

  5. Our Error: If we have made an error with your order (as outlined in the "Acceptable Return Request Reasons" below), you may be eligible to return the item for an exchange or receive store credit.

Acceptable Return Request Reasons:

  1. Wrong Item Shipped: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or offer store credit.

  2. Item Arrived Damaged: This applies to damage to the actual HerSAVAGE product, not damage to the shipping container or packaging. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us promptly for assistance.

  3. Item Not As Advertised: We understand that product appearance may vary between mannequins and human heads/body frames. If the item you received does not match the advertised description, please consult the included pictures of the unit on a human for a more accurate representation. If you believe the item significantly differs from what was advertised, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.

    How to Initiate a Return Request:

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Email us at hello@herSAVAGE.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

    2. In your email, include the following information under the subject "RETURN REQUEST":

      • Your Name
      • Order Number
      • Order Date
      • Acceptable Return Request Reason (refer to the list below)
      • A detailed description of the issue
      • Photo or video evidence to support your request

      Please Note: Before submitting a return request, make sure that the items are in the same condition as when you received them – unworn or unused, with tags attached, lace uncut and unaltered, and in their original packaging.

    3. We will respond to your request within 2 business days upon receiving your email. Please refrain from sending items back to us without first obtaining an approved return response from our team, as such items will not be accepted.

    If your return request is approved:

    1. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the approved item(s).

    2. You will be responsible for covering all return shipping fees.

    3. Approved returns are eligible for a product exchange or store credit only; no refunds will be issued.

    4. The returned items must remain in the same condition as when you received them – unworn or unused, with tags attached, lace uncut and unaltered, and in their original packaging.


      Order Cancellations

      Order Cancellation is only applicable for Ready to Ship Items (wigs or products).  If you decide to cancel your order PRIOR to it being shipped, please be aware that a 20% cancellation fee will be applied (deducted from your refund). Our system processes orders securely through our merchant processor, and they are promptly sent for fulfillment upon placement. Throughout this process, we incur irreversible fees.

      To request an order cancellation for Ready to Ship Wigs and products, please follow these steps:

      1. Send an email to hello@herSAVAGE.com with the subject line: "ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST."
      2. Include the following information in your email:
        • Your Name
        • Order Number
        • Order Date
        • Reason for Cancellation

      We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days upon receipt. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method, minus the 20% cancellation fee.

      Please note that cancellations are NOT permitted for the following:

      • Made-to-order items
      • Custom items
      • Gift cards
      • Shipped items

      Undeliverable Packages

      In cases where a package is refused upon delivery by the carrier or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation and undeliverable package policies.
